Meditation is the practice of sitting quietly and turning our attention inward. Through regular meditation we learn how to refresh ourselves in the infinite reservoir of compassion, courage, wisdom, and peace that resides within. By cultivating these qualities in meditation, we gain greater access to them in our daily lives. This transformation uplifts us as well as those around us.

Siddha Yoga meditation happens naturally when the effort of the student combines with the grace of the Siddha Guru, through the spiritual awakening known as shaktipat.

Meditation courses, retreats, and Intensives, as well as the practices of chanting and hatha yoga, are great supports to a meditation practice.
