Satsangs

Satsangs (lit. in the company of the Truth) offer the opportunity to come together to chant, meditate, and study the Guru's teachings. The following satsangs are available to everyone without charge.

Weekly Evening Satsangs - Each week our sangham gathers to participate in these joyful practices together. The Saturday evening satsangs are dedicated to the Siddha Yoga practices. Families are welcome. Saturday evenings at 7:30 pm.

Dancing Saptahs are meditation in motion. With a synchronized dance step, we circle a flame that represents the eternal flame of Consciousness.

Welcome Orientation for Newcomers includes a brief introduction to the Siddha Yoga path and the Siddha Yoga Ashram in Oakland. Saturday at 7:00 - 7:20 pm in the lobby Welcome Center.
